Meal Planner I recommend printing at least 10 copies of this to get you started. You can invite a friend over and bang out a few of them at a time if you’re so inclined, or just have some on-hand so you stay in the habit. I know it’s a bit of a hump to get over at first, but once you just commit to DOING IT instead of ‘hemming and hawing’ about not wanting to, you really will see the benefits! For me, it’s time, peace of mind, freedom, and an overall feeling of ease around meals — which means easier morning and evening routines as well!
